If you didn’t know, in addition to publishing graphics cards Intelwhich should mean a major shock to the market, especially in terms of prices… AMD is also releasing a new series based on “upgrades” to the current RX 6000 series.
However, it seems that in addition to the significantly higher price of the new versions, the differences are completely insignificant.
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT vs. RX 6700 XT: 2% performance
So we still don’t know the value of AMD’s new range of graphics cards, which consists of at least three models (RX 6650 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6950 XT). But in the model that is most likely to grab consumers ’attention and always try to reach the curious mid / high range, the differences are ridiculous.
According to some new leaks, the RX 6750 XT is only 2% faster than the “old lady” RX 6700 XT. Something that makes sense considering that the GPU is actually exactly the same, with a 2560 Stream processor and 40 Ray Tracing accelerators.
There is a big difference in frequencies, especially in the field of memory. However, the difference does not seem to be very significant and, according to the prices received on the Internet, it cannot fully justify the difference in relation to the current market value of the current RX 6700 XT.
However, as for the release date itself, it looks like AMD will ship everything to stores on May 10th. Interestingly, the “refresh” and old models do not work in parallel. The new RX 6 × 50 replaces the original collection.
