Police killed two people in a car in Paris

Police shot two people to death this Sunday night at Pont-Neuf in Paris.

The car from which the two victims were found was parked in the Pont-Neuf area, in the opposite direction, and as the agents approached him, it set off towards them. Police opened fire on the vehicle and killed two passengers, reveals the newspaper “Figaro”. Agents claimed they fired because they were “in danger.” A third person, also on board, was injured.

A security area was set up at the site, in the heart of the French capital, where the prosecutor was expected to arrive.

The French police supervisory body, the National Police General Inspectorate, should also be separated, as is typical after the use of a police firearm.
