THE VACCINATION CAMPAIGN AGAINST COVID-19 CONTINUES THIS MONDAY – Taubate Town Hall

Taubate Prefecture will continue its vaccination campaign against Covid-19 this Monday, May 2, with the following vaccines, locations and times:

KORONAVAC VACCINE:

PUBLIC:

• 1st and 2nd dose for CORONAVAC Pregnant and postpartum women (with and without diseases), over 18 years of age. Pay attention to the schedule of the vaccination card.
Present:
Child years (up to 45 days after delivery): RG, CPF, certificate of residence in Taubaté and birth certificate of the child.
Pregnant women: RG, CPF, certificate of residence in Taubaté and follow-up and / or pregnancy card or medical certificate.

• ADDITIONAL dose (3rd dose) for pregnant and postpartum women (over 18 years of age). who took a second dose at least 04 months ago (for those who took two doses of Butantan / Coronavac immunizer): present RG, CPF and evidence of a second dose of COVID-19 used in taubaté.

Vaccination rooms:

UBS Mais Gurilândia: 8 am-4pm. If necessary, passwords will be shared until 3 p.m.

UBS Mais Mourisco: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If necessary, passwords will be shared until 5 p.m.

JANSSEN VACCINE:

Public:

• The first dose for people 18 years of age and older.
Present: RG, CPF, Municipal Computerized System Card (SIM) or proof of Taubaté address.

• ADDITIONAL dose (3rd dose) for people 18 years of age and older who took a second dose at least 4 months ago (for those who took two doses of Butanta / Coronavac, Fiocruz / AstraZeneca / Oxford and Pfizer / BioNTech immunizations): presented by RG, CPF and evidence of a second dose of COVID-19 used in taubaté.

-1. ADDITIONAL DOSE (3rd dose) for subjects over 18 years of age with high immunosuppression and at least 28 days after the last dose of the vaccination schedule (for those who received two doses of the Butantan / Coronavac immunizer, Fiocruz / AstraZeneca / Oxford and Pfizer / BioNTech).
Present: RG, CPF, and proof of a second or single dose of vaccine against COVID-19, in Taubaté, and a copy of a medical document demonstrating a high degree of immunosuppression.

• Additional dose for people over 18 years of age with high immunosuppression. People with high immunosuppression are considered to have:

I – Severe primary immunodeficiency;
II – Cancer chemotherapy;
III – Transplantation of solid organs or hematopoietic stem cells (HSCT) with immunosuppressive drugs;
IV – HIV / AIDS patients;
V – Use of corticosteroids at doses ≥20 mg / day prednisone or equivalent for ≥14 days;
VI – Use of drugs that modulate the immune response *;
VII – Auto-inflammatory and inflammatory bowel diseases;
VIII – Patients receiving renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis) and
IX – Patients with chronic inflammatory immune-mediated disease.
* Immune response modifiers that are considered eligible for the booster dose in immunosuppressed individuals: methotrexate; leflunomide; mycophenolate mofetil; azatiprine; cyclophosphamide; cyclosporine; tacrolimus; 6-mercaptopurine. Biological agents in general (infliximab, etanercept, Humira, adalimumab, tocilizumab, canakinumab, golimumab, sertolizumab, abatacept, secukinumab, ustekinumab) and JAK inhibitors (tofacitinib, barazitinib and upadazitinib).

-2. ADDITIONAL DOSE (4th dose) For individuals over 18 years of age and older who are highly immunosuppressed, regardless of the immunizing agent used after the ADDITIONAL DOSE.
Present: RG, CPF and evidence of the first ADDITIONAL dose of COVID-19 in Taubaté and a copy of a medical document proving a high degree of immunosuppression.

Vaccination rooms: ESR Jaraguá, ESF Vila São José, ESR Santa Isabel and ESF Planalto. Hours: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. If necessary, passwords will be shared until 2 p.m.

PFIZER ROCOTE:

Public:

  • The first dose of PFIZER for 12 to 17 year olds.

Present: RG, CPF or SUS card and municipal computer system card (SIM) or proof of residence in Taubaté in the name of a father, mother or legal guardian.
And if the legal guardian is not with the minor at the time of vaccination, the partner (adult) must provide “Validity of free and informed consent – the minor’s legal representative”.

  • Second dose of PFIZER (Note the schedule of the vaccination card, the interval between the 1st and 2nd dose should be 8 weeks = 56 days according to the technical document for the vaccination campaign against COVID-19 – 26th update – 26 October 2021).
    Present: RG, CPF and certificate of first dose of COVID-19 in Taubaté. And if the legal guardian is not with the minor at the time of vaccination, the partner (adult) must provide “Validity of free and informed consent – the minor’s legal representative”.
