Dead Space Remake coming for PC and current generation consoles

THE motivatestudio Electronic artsOn Thursday (12), Crafting the Tension Art Developer announced that empty space will be published on 27. January 2023. A remake of the classic sci-fi survival horror game, rebuilt with the Frostbite graphics engine from the beginning, will be released for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.

According to the developer, the remake stays true to the exciting vision of the original game released in 2008 and offers enhanced sound and a sharp, painful visual that has been carefully redesigned to bring out a new level of sinking.

According to Phillippe Ducharme, a senior producer at Dead Space “We are making great progress on our journey towards the Alpha version and are excited to announce that the game will be released in January next year. We look forward to seeing new and old players see how we can improve the original experience in the remake, making it so impressive for this generation.”

Dead Space puts Isaac Clarken in the shoes of an ordinary engineer to repair a giant mining ship, the USG Ishimura. But a living nightmare awaits: the crew is slaughtered and infected, and Isaac’s girlfriend Nicole is missing. Alone and trapped, only with his tools and engineering skills, Isaac finds himself in a struggle for survival – not just against scary necromorphs, but also against his own shattered common sense.
