THE BALL – Denmark once again criticizes FIFA for Qatar World Cup: “It’s disappointing” (World Cup 2022)

Controversy over the organization of the 2022 World Cup is beginning to grow. This Thursday, Jakob Jensen, Secretary General of the Danish Federation, revealed that FIFA-recommended hotels in Qatar do not allow the presence of homosexuals.

“It’s disappointing. We’re telling fans traveling to Qatar that they may not find the hotel because of their sexual orientation. It’s a completely irrelevant problem, and I hope FIFA is working to overcome this,” he explained to SVT.

Remember that Denmark is in Group D of the 2022 World Cup. The Nordic countries face Tunisia, France and the United Arab Emirates / Australia and Peru.
