The price of diesel will fall by seven cents per liter next Monday, according to a forecast released by the Ministry of Finance on Friday. Gasoline goes up in cents.
Starting Monday, the average selling price of diesel to the public is expected to fall by 6.8 cents. The May 16 fluctuation forecast is different for gasoline, which should be a cent more expensive.
These values have already been calculated on the basis of the reduction in the Petroleum Products Tax (ISP) implemented by the Government on the 2nd day. Next week, “the ISP’s unit prices will remain unchanged, while maintaining the current discounts,” confirms Fernando Medina’s ministry.
